Do you handle both design and approvals?
Yes design, inspections, acceptance testing and approvals are our core offer. One team follows your project from drawings to sign-off, which removes the hand-offs where delays usually happen.
Which systems do you cover?
Fire Alarm, Fire Protection (sprinkler, standpipe, fire pump), Electrical (power, lighting, emergency power) and Mechanical (HVAC, ventilation) systems for buildings throughout New York City.
Which areas do you serve?
All five boroughs of New York City, from our Manhattan office at 120 West 31st Street. Our work is centered on NYC codes, DOB and FDNY processes.
Can you help with violations or filing objections?
Yes. We research violations, prepare remediation designs, file amendments and respond to DOB / FDNY objections until the item is cleared and closed out.
What does acceptance testing involve?
Before the official test, we run pre-test walkthroughs to confirm the installation matches the approved drawings. We then support the witnessed FDNY / DOB acceptance test and assemble the documentation package for sign-off.
